Give notice to a tenant that the rent for their mobile home lot has increased with this Nova Scotia Notice of Rent Increase for Manufactured Home Space.

• The notice must be given at least 7 months before the lease anniversary date or the common rent increase date set out in the lease.
• The park operator must list all lots for which the rent is being increased. If the percentage increases are different for the spaces, a separate form must be used for each percentage increase.

The Nova Scotia Notice of Rent Increase for Manufactured Home Space, Form M, was revised Nov 2012 to include amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act.
