Before you retake possession of a business premises at the end of a tenant's lease, you must serve your tenant with this Northern Ireland Landlord's Notice to Tenant of Possession of Premises form.

• The notice is given under Article 5(2)(c) of the Order to Tenant, requiring possession at the end of the Tenancy.
• A Proof of Service form is included, to record the details of service.
• This notice is for business premises only and cannot be used for residential tenants.
