Nevada Notice of Rent Increase

Nevada landlords, before you can raise the rent on a rental unit, you must serve your tenants with this Notice of Rent Increase, in accordance with the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.

The Notice informs the tenant the rent will be increased in 45 days after the date set out in the Notice.
A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
