Minnesota Notice to Tenant of Termination of Tenancy at Will

Minnesota landlords, if you have reason to terminate a tenant, serve them with this Notice to Tenant of Termination of Tenancy at Will, in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Statutes.

This form is to be used only for tenancies at will (periodic tenancies, such as monthly or weekly), not for fixed term leases.
The tenant is notified that the tenancy will terminate on the date specified in the notice and that the tenant is required to vacate the premises by the termination date.
A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
