Notice to Tenant of Termination of Rental Agreement and Notice to Vacate, in accordance with the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
- The notice period is to be for the number of days as stated in the rental agreement (eg. 30, 60 days, etc.).
- The tenant is notified that the landlord will terminate the rental agreement on the date specified in the Notice, and must vacate the premises by that date.
- A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
