Kentucky Notice to Landlord of Breach of Rental Agreement
If your landlord is in default under the rental agreement, serve the landlord with this Kentucky Notice to Landlord of Breach of Rental Agreement, as required by the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
- The Notice advises the landlord that the breach must be remedied within 14 days.
- If the landlord fails to remedy the breach, the tenant will either terminate the rental agreement in 30 days or remedy the breach at the landlord's cost (not to exceed one-half month's rent).
