Download a free copy of the Last Will and Testament of John Fitzgerald Kennedy Sr. (1917-1963).

John Fitzgerald Kennedy (familiarly known as 'JFK') served as the 35th president of the United States. He was the first Roman Catholic to be elected president. Educated at Harvard, Kennedy served with distinction in the Navy during World War II. He became President in 1961 by defeating Richard Nixon.

His attempt to restore a right-wing government in Cuba by backing an invasion of Cuban exiles to fight Fidel Castro was a failure. His important contributions to US policy were the Civil Rights Bill and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.

He was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald on November 22, 1963, less than 3 years in office, leaving behind his widow Jacqueline and two small children, Caroline and John Jr.
