Indiana Termination of Year to Year Tenancy by Landlord
Indiana landlords, if you terminating the tenancy of a yearly tenant, serve him/her with this
Termination of Year to Year Tenancy, pursuant to Article 31 (Landlord-Tenant Relations) of the Indiana Code.
- The notice must be served no later than 3 months before the end of the current term.
- The tenant is notified that the tenancy will terminate on the expiration of the current tenancy year, and that the tenant must vacate (quit) the premises by the termination date.
- A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
