Illinois Purchaser's Closing Contingency Rider to Real Estate Contract

Are you are buying a real estate property in Illinois? If you must sell your current home before you can complete the purchase of the new one, attach this Purchaser's Closing Contingency Rider to the Sales Contract.

The Rider ensures that your obligation to purchase the property is contingent on closing the sale of your existing home.
The parties agree that the seller's property will stay on the market in the meantime.
