Hawaii Notice to Vacate for Failure to Cease Nuisance
Hawaii landlords, if your tenant has on more than one occasion caused a nuisance to other tenants and/or neighbors and has been given prior notice, serve him/her with this Notice to Vacate for Failure to Cease Nuisance, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.
This form requires the tenant to vacate the premises or the landlord will proceed with eviction. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
