Delaware Notice to Tenant of Termination of Month to Month Tenancy

Delaware landlords, if you have decided not to renew the tenancy of a monthly tenant, serve the tenant with this Notice to Tenant of Termination of Rental Agreement (for month to month tenancies), in accordance with the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.

This Notice is ONLY for tenancies that run month to month.
The tenant is notified that the rental agreement will terminate on the date set out in the Notice, and the tenant must vacate the premises by that date.
A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
Pay for the form once, use it as often as you like.
