Delaware Notice to Landlord of Breach of Rental Agreement

- The landlord is required to remedy the breach within 30 days or initiate corrective measures within 10 days of receiving the Notice.
- If the landlord fails to do so, the tenant has the right to repair the breach and deduct the costs from the rent to a maximum of $200 or half of 1 month's rent.
- A Service of Notice Form is included to record details of the method of service of the Notice on the landlord.
