Connecticut Notice to Tenant to Remedy Breach (Other than Nonpayment of Rent)

Connecticut landlords, if you have a tenant who is in breach of the rental agreement (other than for being behind in the rent payment), serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant to Remedy Breach (Other than Nonpayment of Rent), pursuant to the Connecticut General Statutes.

The Notice requires the tenant to remedy the breach within 15 days from receipt of the notice.
If the tenant does not remedy the breach within 15 days, the rental agreement terminates and the tenant will be served with a Notice to Quit and will be required to vacate the premises.
A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
