Colorado Acknowledgement of Satisfaction of Lien by individual

If your lien claim has been settled in full, you must now file and serve this Colorado Acknowledgement of Satisfaction of Lien form.

This form is to be used by a natural person. If the lienholder is a corporation, use the Acknowledgement of Satisfaction of Lien by Corporation form.
The Acknowledgement includes a copy of Section 38-22-118 of the Colorado Revised Statutes for your reference.
