Alaska landlords, if your tenant is behind in paying the rent, serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant of Termination of Tenancy for Non-Payment of Rent.

The Notice informs the tenant of the amount of rent owing, and gives the tenant 7 days in which to pay the rent, failing which the tenancy will be terminated and the tenant must vacate the premises.
