Agreement to Allow Showing or Offer Through Realtor

If you are selling your home on a "For Sale by Owner" basis, you can still have a realtor show your home to an interested party by signing this Agreement to Allow a Showing or Consider an Offer through a Realtor.

Under the Agreement, you agree to allow the realtor to show the property and/or make an offer on behalf of a specified purchaser only.
The Agreement does NOT constitute a listing relationship between the parties.
