ACT Lessor Notice to Remedy Breach for Nonpayment of Rent
ACT landlords, if you have a tenant who is in breach of the lease agreement by failing to pay the rent, serve him/her with this Lessor Notice to Remedy Breach (for unpaid rent), pursuant to the Australian Capital Territory Residential Tenancies Act 1997.
The tenant is notified that he ⁄ she is required to remedy the breach by paying the outstanding rent within a specified time frame, failing which the landlord shall give notice of termination.
