Waiver Release and Indemnity (Guest House)

This Waiver, Release and Indemnity Form is for use when allowing guests to stay in a guest home on your property. This waiver form sets out the inherent risks to the guests and those who are accompanying him or her. It also contains a waiver of liability provision which releases the owner of the guest house from liability resulting from an accident, injury or death of the inhabitants of the guest house.
