Truck Lease

This Truck Lease Agreement is between a company who owns or rents trucks and an individual who desires to lease or rent the truck for a set period of time. This form sets out the terms of the agreement including the lease term, amount of monthly payments and how the truck will be delivered. It also sets forth that insurance must be maintained on the truck at all times and when the truck should be surrendered. It is imperative that this type of lease be clearly set forth in writing.
