Talent & Model Release for Minors

This Talent and Model Release for Minors is between a photographer, company or studio and a parent or guardian of a minor whose photograph or likeness will be used for advertising or other purposes set forth in the release. This release sets out the names of the child and the parents, name of the photographer or company and the unrestricted rights to use the child's name and likeness. It also sets forth that the parents waive any rights to inspect the finish product (including written copy) and that the photography or film session was conducted in a professional manner.
