Service Agreement (Translator)

This Translation Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/translator and a client for translation services. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Is the agreement for a fixed term or ongoing? How much and in what manner will the contractor get paid? What type of translation services is the contractor qualified to provide? These are all questions that will be answered in the agreement.
