Service Agreement (General Band)

A General Band Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor and/or band who will provide live music for an event or client. Having a written services agreement is helpful because it sets out the terms and conditions of the arrangement. When and where will the performances take place? What types of music will be played? How will be band be paid and what happens if one party cancels?
