Service Agreement (Gardening)

A Gardening Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/gardener, who will provide gardening services to a property/business owner. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Is the agreement for a fixed term or ongoing? How much will the contractor get paid? How will the arrangement end? What will the gardener be responsible for? These are all questions that will be answered in the agreement.
