Service Agreement (Flooring Contractor)

This Flooring Contractor Services Agreement is between a owner/client and a contractor who will perform flooring work. This agreement sets out the details of the arrangement including the location and the days and hours the flooring work can be done, the quality of the workmanship and a guarantee of the flooring materials used. This agreement also sets forth how much the flooring contractor will be paid. It is imperative that this type of service agreement be set out in writing.
