Service Agreement (Consultant)

A Consulting Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/ consultant and a client. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Is the agreement for a fixed term or ongoing? How much will the contractor get paid, and when? How will the arrangement end? What types of services will the contractor be expected to perform?
