Service Agreement (Athletic Trainer)

An Athletic Training Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/athletic trainer and a client for one-on-one training sessions. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Is the agreement for a fixed term or ongoing? How much and in what manner will the contractor get paid? What type or types of athletic training is the contractor qualified to provide?
