Sales Agency Agreement - Exclusive

This Sales Agency Agreement (Exclusive) is between a seller of certain products and a sales agency who will hold the exclusive right to sell the products within a territory. This agreement sets forth the names and addresses of the seller and agency, description of the products and the territory in which the products may be sold.
