Real Estate Contract for Sale of Vacant Land

This Contract for Sale of Vacant Land is between the seller and a purchaser of vacant land. This contract sets forth the price the buyer will pay and method of payment. It also sets forth that seller has the legal right to sell the land, how title will be conveyed and remedies in the event the purchaser fails to perform under this contract.
