Notice of Intent to Enter Premises

This Notice of Intent to Enter is used to notify a tenant that the landlord intends to enter the leased property to take some type of action, i.e., repair, pest control or some other type of duty. You should check the laws of your state to determine if there are further restrictions on a landlord's right to enter a leased property.
