Notice of Attornment

This Notice of Attornment is from a new mortgage holder to a tenant and provides notification that the tenant is in arrears and asks that the tenant agree to pay all past due amounts to the new landlord. This notice sets out a brief description of the property and the name, address and telephone number of the new mortgage holder. It is important that this type of notification be set out in writing.
