Mutual Releases

This Mutual Release is between two parties who agree to forever release and discharge each other from any claims and damages arising from a specific event, incident or occurrence. This release sets out the names of the parties and a brief description of the incident under which this release arises. It is imperative that this Mutual Release be clearly set out in writing. A written Mutual Release will prove invaluable in the event there are disagreements or litigation filed regarding the incident which is the subject of this release. (continued ...)
