Mover's Inventory Form

This Mover's Inventory Form will assist in preparing an inventory to be used by a company who is moving a home or office. This inventory form sets forth the name of the customer, all relevant contact information, the place of origin and the moving destination. It is imperative that a detailed inventory and accounting of all objects be kept when moving a customer. A written Mover's Inventory Form will prove invaluable in the event there are disagreements or misunderstandings regarding any of the objects which were moved from the place of origin to the final destination.
