License to Use Right-of-Way

This License to Use Right of Way is between a grantor who owns property on which a right of way is located and a grantee who desires to license the use of the right of way. This license describes in detail the land over which the right of way extends, the term of the license and any fee licensee will pay. It also sets out that licensee has no right, title or interest in the right of way not set forth in this license. It is imperative that this type of agreement be set forth in writing.
