Joint Venture Agreement Amendment

This Joint Venture Agreement Amendment will effectively amend an existing Joint Venture Agreement. This amendment contains the names of the parties and the date of the agreement, brief description of the agreement and detailed description of the changes, deletions or provisions to be amended. It also sets forth that all other provisions of the agreement remain in effect. It is imperative that this amendment be set out in writing rather than via oral agreement. (continued ...)
