Home Video Licensing Agreement

This Home Video Licensing Agreement is between a licensor who owns the video and a distributor. This agreement effectively gives distributor a license to distribute the video in a set territory (United States and English-speaking Canada) for a specified amount of time. Specific terms of the arrangement are set out within this document including distribution territory, royalties and the obligations and responsibilities of the parties.
