Grant of Right-of-Way

This Grant of Right of Way is between a property owner who grants a right of way to an adjacent property owner. This agreement sets out the names of the property owners, their addresses and the description of the property for which the right of way is given. It also sets out any restrictions for use of the right of way. A well-written Grant of Right of Way will be valuable if there are disagreements or misunderstandings between the property owners in regard to use of the right of way. (continued ...)
