Extra Agreement

This Extra Agreement is between a producer and an individual who will act as an extra in a motion picture. This agreement sets forth the specific terms of the arrangement including dates of employment, extra’s role, payment of wages and meal break policy. The agreement also sets forth that employment of the extra is subject to him/her providing documents required by IRCA and those required by law to verify immigration employment eligibility requirements.
