Easement and Right of Way

This Easement and Right of Way is between a property owner who grants an adjacent property owner the rights to cross his or her property. This agreement sets out the names of the property owners, their addresses and the description of the property for which the right of way is given. It also sets out if any payment will be made for this easement and right of way. It is important that this real estate transaction be clearly set forth in writing. (continued ...)
