Distribution Agreement - Short Form

This Distribution Agreement (Short Form) is between a seller who manufactures or sells products and a distributor who agrees to buy and resell the products to its customers. This agreement sets out the specifics of the arrangement which includes a detailed list of the products to be sold, what type of stock the distributor must maintain and the price for the products. It is crucial this type of agreement be set out in writing.
