Contractors Release and Waiver of Liens

Once a general contractor completes a project and receives full payment for the project, it is crucial that the contractor provide the customer a release and waiver of lien. This Release and Waiver of Liens form explicitly states that a customer has paid a contractor in full and there are no liens against the customer's property. This release and waiver also serves as proof to future creditors or lenders that the property is free and clear of encumbrances arising from this particular contracting project.
