Composer Work-for-Hire Agreement (w/ Album Rights)

This Composer Agreement is a mutual agreement between a producer and a composer who will furnish a musical score for a motion picture. This agreement is in letter format and effectively sets out the arrangement between the parties. Terms contained within this agreement are the compensation paid to composer and all works will be considered as “work for hire” and belong to producer.
