This Better Business Bureau Letter will assist in compiling a letter of complaint to the Bureau regarding a company’s products or services. This letter sets out the specific product or service, the company’s name, description of the defects and the company’s response to customer’s complaint. It also states that due to the company’s reaction to the problem, customer feels that the Better Business Bureau should be given notice.
