Assignment of Mortgage - Absolute

This Assignment of Mortgage (Absolute) will effectively assign a mortgage as security collateral. This agreement is between the person holding the mortgage (the “assignor”) and the person to whom the mortgage is assigned (the “assignee”) and sets forth the specific details of the assignment. These terms include the names of the assignor and assignee, the address of the mortgaged property, recording information of the mortgage and the amount of indebtedness from mortgage borrower to assignor.
