Assignment of Inventions to Employer

This Assignment of Inventions Agreement is between an employer and an employee who agrees to assign any and all inventions discovered in the scope of employment to the employer. This assignment sets out the exact terms of the agreement including a detailed definition of “inventions.” It also includes a clause regarding disclosure about any inventions.
