This Assignment and Postponement of Claim is between a grantor who agrees to assign a lender all present and future debts and liabilities owed by a borrower. This agreement sets out the specific terms of this arrangement including grantor's postponement of any claims in favor of lender and in the event of bankruptcy by the borrower, the grantor will pay lender any amounts which borrower has paid.
