Artist Work-for-Hire Agreement

This Artist Work-for-Hire Agreement is between an artist and an individual or entity (also known as assignee) who desires to hire the artist for the creation of works of art. This agreement sets out the details of the arrangement including the specific works to be created, how much the artist will be paid and if the artist will be reimbursed for expenses. It also contains a provision which assigns all works produced by the artist to the assignee.
