Artist/Music Producer Agreement

This Artist/Music Producer Agreement is between a music artist and a producer or record company who will promote and market the artist's music. This agreement sets out the specific commitments and services the artist will render, recording procedures and the compensation paid to artist for the recordings. In addition, it also sets out the rights of the recording company and how royalties are calculated and paid to artist.
