Actor Employment Agreement - Loanout agreement for SAG Actor

This Actor’s Employment Agreement (Loan-Out Form To Employ SAG Actor) is between a producer, a lender and an employee/actor. This agreement is for use by a producer to hire an actor to work on a motion picture through the actor’s loan out company (lender). The agreement sets forth the role the actor will play, the services the actor will render, the compensation paid to both the actor and the lender and any pre-or-post-production services which may be required. This form also contains an Inducement Letter which is signed by the actor. It is crucial that this type of Actor’s Employment Agreement be memorialized in writing in the event there are future disagreements or misunderstandings between the parties. (continued ...)
