Work for Hire Agreement - Programmer

This Work for Hire Agreement is between a company and/or client and an individual who will provide programming services. This agreement sets out the specific arrangement between the parties and also affirms that an employer/employee relationship is not created. A Copyright Assignment is also included with this form which assigns any programs created by the programmer to the company.
