Shareholders Agreement - Short Form

This form is an agreement between a corporation and shareholders, who own outstanding stock of the corporation. The purpose of the agreement is to provide for the sale by a stockholder during his/her lifetime, or by a deceased stockholders estate, of his/her interest in the corporation, and for the purchase of such interest by the corporation at a fair price; and to provide all or a substantial part of the funds for the purchase.
